For security reasons, a C/Ube would probably be best (or you could just proxy the Cube, which is what a guy's doing here for a local store). I imagine a store-owned Cube is pitched at people who don't Cube often or who don't have their own Cubes, so sticking to a simple, conventional design...

I'm not sure if any Cube (or at least anything close to the box of normal Cube design) could reach that saturation point though, especially if abiding by the singleton rule. Hybrid is basically all upside IMO up to a certain point.

James: I used the Magic back sleeves when they first came out. They were ok, but became damaged and/or unpleasant to touch quite quickly. I use them for a smaller, secondary Cube, but mainly because I'm too lazy/cheap to find something better.

The Eldrazi Spawn theme looks awesome. If I build a C/Ube or something similar, I'll definitely give it a try. I imagine the extra 1/2 a card counts for nothing because it isn't a 'full' card.

The thing about Standard manabases is that they can't be partially designed to fix mana: most of them consist of 12 duals + 12 buddy lands before they even consider the Innistrad spell lands or anything else. In Cube, even if you take as much fixing as you can you'll only realistically end up...
