I'm the total opposite. I tried Monster Train because it came out on Game Pass. I have it 4 good runs, but it always just stressed me out. Winning in that game never made me feel good, just... tired?
I have, love it, DLC is coming out soon!
I actually prefer it to STS, but that might be just because I actually GOT Monster train, whereas slay baffles me to this day
My record is ascension 3, but I've near enough 100%'d monster train
For me, it's the Monster. ....wait, no! It's the Train.
My favorite part of your username is Ton. No wait.. It’s ass
Wait, what lets you plan future turns in Monster Train? Did I miss something? Or is it more that you see the enemies coming and can set up your defense accordingly?
Favorite boss? Nah, the game just decides to give me the Time Devourer 90% of the time I get that far (I'm not terrible good at spire slaying).
Does anyone have advice on how to play The Watcher? My runs tend to fall apart spectacularly once I reach The City. I just don't know which cards to pick.
Did you apply any cube design concepts to your levels? I'd love to try them but I only have Mario Maker 1.I've been having fun with the Super Mario Maker 2 level builder this week. I created two devious levels; P2F-LQT-3XG and KV2-VXP-J4G, if anyone's interested
Not that I know I'm having a hard time coming up with any overlap between SMM2 level design and Cube design tbhDid you apply any cube design concepts to your levels? I'd love to try them but I only have Mario Maker 1.
Block singleton. Not that I know I'm having a hard time coming up with any overlap between SMM2 level design and Cube design tbh
I break block singleton on purpose to create a better draft experience! (I need to build a level with those mini-tornadoes now... 'draft', get it? I'll see myself out now...)Block singleton.
Oh that's bloody sweet! Thank you for sharing!
