They are hitting it out of the park with this set from an art an design perspective.

Edit: Turns out not literally a tapestry, just an amazing piece of oil painting; painted to reflect the details of woven fabric.

Storm cubers, what do you think of The Mirari Conjecture?

I wish The Mirari Conjecture was 1 mana cheaper. I feel like it is purely a combo card now which is fine but as a Mirari-loving player I want this card to be better than it is.

Also it works in the same boat as Mirari but not really with it. Luckily it still works with Mirari’s Wake if you are Bant like the old Mirari-decks.

Doesn't look like purely a combo card to me! It looks like a grinch value engine! Get back a removal spell, get back a card draw spell, copy Cruel Ultimatum, still have that removal and card draw spell in your hand. Unless you drew so many good cards that you have to discard the card draw spell, in which case you already won

Looks like a wicked commander to me, not so good in cube though, I think. There's only so many expensive spells you can put in your cube to support this card, and I fear it's just never going to come together.
