Hello!
Been a long time since I've done one of these (almost feels like it's been a year maybe) so I thought I better do another one. Forum is still chugging along, the back half of the year is always in a bit of a lull but the reactions were still high. Heck of a year of releases, MKM, OTJ, MH3, BLB, DSK, FDN. Plus some others that I have probably forgotten. Between FDN and MH3 we had the peak of power to low power so surely there has been something that has caught your eye. Me personally I've been playing a lot of vintage cube on magic online and the new Kiora is really cool. Anyway let's get on with the list!
The Usual Disclaimer:
I scraped this data on the 31st of December 2024. The likes may have changed due to new members only just reading them (probably due to this post). A decent amount of these posts are very context-dependant, so if you don't get something, post it in this thread and we can help decipher it for you.
All the same liked posts will be put in alphabetical order of the user who posted, so all posts are equal, ignoring the number ranking (it just helps me count).

The 'Best' Post of the Year comes from @TrainmasterGT, who managed to crack the secret sauce of getting reactions... Just ask for them, with the promise of doing something silly if you do get them. I am unsure if this will work again, but it up for people to try if they wish. Train has yet to complete their task after hitting the required reaction, but they have given an update that it will happen eventually.
The first Runner up was @MilesOfficial was just a random side-tangent post about trying to find a way to honor the cards that have been in their cube since 2011. I think the little sticker they propose in their post tugged at peoples heartstrings for their own cubes and what cards could be their 'founding members'. Nice idea Miles!
The other Runner ups were the two contests we had, along with an article. @Onderzeeboot had to finish off the great Ravnican-themed contest that they started last year. @ellogeyen being the winner of that contest made their own contest, which was also a great little brain-turner to try and figure out how to make a cool environment with 30 of a single card. Finally, @Nanonox made a great post summing up everything they've learn making cubes over the past several years into a nice compendium that serves to help people understand what Riptide is all about. I noticed people asked for it to be pinned in that thread, so I have done so as a congratulations.
The Most Liked User (the person with the most entries on this list) this year was a tough one, as you can see there are 5! people on this list that have 3 entries (Onderzeeboot, Shpungo, MilesOfficial, gaytransmulldrifter, StrionicAdventurer). I could have gone with Onderzeeboot as their 3 were higher than the others, but I decided to go a different path and see all the posts with 9 likes and see how many of these were by any of these 5. And it ended up being @Onderzeeboot anyway, who had 2 posts with 9 reactions. It's hard to dethrone the king.
